The business was closed
If your business was closed at the scheduled pickup time, you'll need to reschedule your return.
To do this, please follow the instructions in the email you received notifying you of the failed pickup attempt or use our return pickup form.
You can also add pickup instructions for the driver to ensure your package is returned without a hitch. Some examples include a security code, call box code, or directions.
If you'd like to change the address of your return pickup instead, please contact the merchant with whom you placed the order originally.
