If the property was obstructed or the driver couldn't reach their destination for any reason at the time of delivery, we'll try again the following business day.
To avoid this issue on our next attempt, you can set delivery instructions for the driver to ensure your package is delivered without a hitch. The more detailed, the better!
Some examples include a security code, call box code, directions, or requesting the driver deliver the package to a specific entrance. If your residence is difficult to locate, consider giving the driver a guide to follow in your instructions.
