If your business was closed when we tried to deliver your package, you can set delivery instructions for the driver to leave your package in a safe location.
If the driver needs additional information to access your preferred drop-off point like a security code, call box code, or directions, feel free to include them in your instructions. The more detailed, the better!
You can set delivery instructions via the email(s) we've sent updating you on the status of your delivery or by calling us at 1 833-622-1570.
If you'd like to change the delivery address instead, please call so we can sort this out for you.
Note: We currently do not offer an option to choose a delivery time. However, if you specify the business hours in your delivery instructions, we'll do our best to accommodate.
