If no one was available to sign for the package or answer the door at the time of delivery, no worries! Our driver will give it another go very soon. Be sure to keep an eye out for the rescheduled delivery time on our tracking page.

To help avoid this issue on our next attempt, you can set delivery instructions for the driver to ensure your package is delivered without a hitch. The more detailed, the better!

Some examples include asking the driver to use your doorbell or requesting they deliver the package to a specific entrance.
